Removing the Support Assistant from Managed Workplace is a straight forward. Simply to the following:
- Select Configuration
- Select Policies
- Select Support Assistant
- Select the Support Assistant Policy
- Select Delete
This will issue the command across the OM and DMs to remove the Support Assistant to all associated devices on the next reboot of the device.
If it does not delete from the device, it can be removed from add or remove programs.
